i short review:
the spoiler of the young hollywood collection we saw a few days haven't really convinced me, but as i checked seen on stardoll (one of the best SD blogs in my opinion) i saw that some of the clothes are based one desgins of my all time favourite lables, like miu miu or chloe seveigny for opening ceremony (which is totaly overprised so i didn't buy it ).
this is what i couldn't resist buying:
those two clutches went straight to my suit, 1. mary kate box purse & 2. headdress handbag. the first bag is origanly by the fabulous brand owned by mary kate and ashley olsen, its called THE ROW and if you have won a huge bunch of money you can buy the original bag here. the other bag is from the great gvinechy fall 2011 ready to wear collection (if you take a look at this collection you will realise why i was so disappointed by the SD givenchy tribute store).
real life versions:
the 3. piece i grabed straight away is the wonderful feminine camila waterlily dress (90 $) is originally part of the miu miu ready to wear 2011 collection, the collections is dominated by prints reminding of grannys old frock but in a very avangard way but check the runway show out here.
i'd love to tell you some more about the other nice dresses and the story behind them like the golden chanel jacket or the proneza schouler dress but its getting late and i'm really tired. the last thing i need to write about is, think twice before you buy something of this collection most of the pieces have a really bad graphic but and much more higher price you shouldn't spent your money (and it is really money you spent !) for things made of bad quality you wouldn' do that in real life would you? so try to take it easy and dont over-react because the stuff is limited.
however i wish you find some nice pieces you like to add to your closet as i did. keep edgy and keep rad (my new goodbye sentence hope you like it) !
